MSC Fire Company Background

MSC Fire was incorporated in 2005 by two experienced fire and security professionals as a direct result of the sale of their previous business, Omada Fire and Security Group to the multinational conglomerate Group 4 Security in 2006.

We have continued to expand our business under the MSC Fire brand, as we saw the need for a true entrepreneurial customer focused organisation servicing the many small to medium enterprises in Ireland, providing service which is second to none within this sector.

Sales and Design Team

The MSC Fire sales and design teams key objective is to provide ‘solutions’ for our clients. All of our fire and security systems are specifically designed with our customer’s requirement and budgets in mind.

Our design team advise on the current standards and regulations and inform our clientele of any necessary statuary requirements for each individual system.

A combined solution, utilising the latest technology available and ensuring the longevity of each system proposed, results in a turn-key solution and importantly provides substantial cost savings to all our customers.

One team member will be appointed as a single point of contact, ensuring a personal and professional approach for all our clients, from the first meeting to the handing over of certification at the end of each project.

The MSC Fire sales and design team are continuously attending training courses ensuring peace of mind for our customers who know they will receive the best advice and solutions possible, combined with a professional, courteous and efficient service.

Engineering Team

MSC Fire’s engineering team have previously installed large systems in companies such as Spenser Dock (PWC), Croke Park, Central Park (Vodafone), ESB and many others.
We were the contractor of choice on the Conference Centre in Dublin.
All our engineers are continuously trained to the highest Irish and European standards.
Each of our engineers is multi disciplined and competent with all fire and security systems.
Our engineers are security checked to comply with Irish standards.

Mr. Tim Cummins
Tim was the Managing Director of Chubb Ireland from 1996 to 2000 during which time he grew the company from a base of €7m and 65 employees to €50m annual turnover with an employment base of 1,500 staff. He also co-founded the Omada Fire and Security Group of companies in 2000 and set up an Irish organisation offering the complete range of fire and security products and service to the SME and corporate marketplace. The Omada Group had over 500 employees in 2006. This business (excluding MSC Fire) was sold to Group 4 Security in 2006.

Mr. John Swan
John has over 30 years experience in the fire products business within Ireland. He set up the Angus Fire Products business throughout Ireland in 1980. Angus Fire Products is a global leader in fire fighting technology, developing and manufacturing fire hoses and foams.
